Dude there is a button next to people's post and you see a thing that looks like this

Well kinda like that and if you like the person's post are something you can put a plus but if you don't like it very much choose the minus (Like for spammers which is why you have kinda low rep because you were a spammer before) and also you can't rep yourself.
